WHAT?    A Camp-Out!                    

WHEN?    Friday, August 14 - Sunday, August 16

WHERE?  Camp Como

WHO?      This is for the men of IRONWORKS, but there is no age limit.  We want to encourage you to bring your son(s) or a friend.  Also think about inviting a young man whose dad may be serving overseas in the military  or one who lives with his single mom.

COST?      $(TBD)   ...    Includes Saturday night steak dinner

What to Bring:  Everything you need to camp out.  If anyone wants to go, but does not have camping gear, please contact Eric Batteiger in Colorado Springs (719-596-1659) or Jeff Regan in Strasburg (303-916-1101).

Schedule of Events: 

Friday Eve   ...    When you arrive, check in at your camping site. Look for the IRONWORKS sign & orange cones to locate our main campsite area.  We will gather here at 8 P.M. for some music, encouraging words, and information about Saturday's activities.

Saturday   ...     There are competitions planned.  Some other activities are:  fishing, hiking, riding motorcycles or ATV's.  You may choose to just read, relax, visit, or even nap! The day's events will be capped off with a Steak Dinner at 7 P.M.  You won't want to miss this feast of steak, beans, corn on the cob & apple cobbler.

Sunday   ...     A relaxing day.  We will have more music and a few words of wisdom to send us on our way.  This begins at 10 A.M. (to give fishermen the chance to catch their morning limit).
